Rebecca S. Kruser

Rebecca Kruser currently serves as a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice's Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch, National Courts Section. Ms. Kruser previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Laura A. Cordero, Superior Court of the District of Columbia, and to the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams, United States Court of Federal Claims. Ms. Kruser has served as the President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association. Ms. Kruser received her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, magna cum laude. Ms. Kruser received her J.D cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center.
