Opt Out of Electronic Filing Notifications

An attorney who is removed as the attorney of record in a pending case—and who thus no longer wishes to receive electronic notifications in that case—may elect to stop receiving such notifications by modifying his/her CM/ECF settings. To opt out of electronic filing notifications, please take the following steps:

1. Log in to CM/ECF.

2. Under the Utilities menu, select Maintain User Account.

3. Select Email Information.

4. Select the e-mail address at which you receive electronic notifications.

5. Under Case-specific options, select the relevant case(s) and then select Remove selected cases.
