Mindy Michaels Roth was appointed as a Special Master of the United States Court of Federal Claims on October 19, 2015. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences in 1982. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University in 1988. Ms. Roth spent 27 years in the private sector specializing in medical malpractice, personal injury and vaccine related injury cases being admitted to the United States Claims Court in 1990 to pursue vaccine related injury cases pursuant to the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program. Ms. Roth is admitted to the bars of the State of New Jersey, United States District Court for the State of New Jersey, United States Court of Federal Claims, United States Court of Appeals, and United States Supreme Court.
