Meredith G. Miller (Chair)

In 2020, Meredith G. Miller rejoined the federal government as an attorney in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Office of General Counsel. From 2017 to 2020, Meredith served as Senior Counsel for Dentons LLP in Honolulu, Hawai`i, where she handled a wide range of civil litigation and counseling matters, including government contracts, commercial litigation, land use and zoning, environment, health care, and class actions.  Meredith also has extensive experience working at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims:  from 2009 through 2017, she first served as a Senior Law Clerk and Administrative Advisor to Chief Judge Emily C. Hewitt then Senior Staff Attorney in the Office of the Clerk, and she clerked for Judge Nancy B. Firestone from 2000-2002.

Before attending law school, Meredith had a career in environmental protection, first as a regulator at the Environmental Protection Agency then, briefly, as a consultant to and lobbyist for the clean fuels industry.

Meredith is a graduate of the University of Virginia School of Law, The George Washington University School of Public Policy & Public Administration, and Bryn Mawr College.

Meredith is admitted to practice in Hawai`i, California, and Washington, DC.
