Gary J. Campbell

Gary J. Campbell is of counsel in the Government Contracts Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP. With more than 15 years of government contracting experience, both in private practice and as in-house counsel to a Fortune 100 aerospace and defense company, Mr. Campbell provides unique experience and insight on a broad range of litigation, counseling, and transactional matters to his clients that sell products and services to federal, state and local governments. He regularly counsels his clients on the entire lifecycle of government contracting, including proposal responses and contract negotiations, ethics and compliance issues, internal investigations, mergers and acquisitions, bid protests and business disputes. Mr. Campbell has litigated and mediated claims, bid protests and size protests before the Armed Services and Civilian Boards of Contract Appeals, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, the Government Accountability Office (GAO), and the Small Business Administration’s Office of Hearings and Appeals. Mr. Campbell is a frequent lecturer, and has taught numerous seminars on government contracting, intellectual property and compliance issues. Mr. Campbell received his B.S. from Boston College, M.B.A. from the University of Richmond and J.D., with high honors, from George Mason University School of Law. After law school, Mr. Campbell clerked for the Honorable James T. Turner on the United States Court of Federal Claims.
