Joshua Kresh

Joshua Kresh is a litigation associate in Fried Frank’s Washington, DC office.

Mr. Kresh’s practice focuses on patent litigation in the US District Courts, International Trade Commission, US Patent and Trademark Office ("USPTO") and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Prior to joining Fried Frank, Mr. Kresh interned in the Office of Patent Legal Administration for the USPTO, interned for the Honorable Susan G. Braden at the Court of Federal Claims (working on patent litigation matters), interned for the Honorable ALJ Theodore Essex at the International Trade Commission and Interned for the Honorable Jimmie Reyna at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Mr. Kresh is an officer of the Giles Rich S. American Inn of Court, committee vice-chair of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, and a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association. He was the winner of the Giles S. Rich American Inn of Court Award for 2012-2013.

Mr. Kresh received his BA in Computer Science from Brandeis University in 2003, his masters in Computer Science from Brandeis University in 2005 and his JD, with honors, from George Washington University School of Law in 2013. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York, United States Patent and Trademark Office, United States Court of Federal Claims, United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
