Gregory C. Sisk

Gregory Sisk holds the Laghi Distinguished Chair in Law at the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minnesota. Prior to entering the academy, Sisk was an appellate attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice, legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator, law clerk to a federal court of appeals judge, and head of the appellate department in a law firm. Sisk teaches Civil Procedure and Professional Responsibility and has developed a course with original materials on Litigation with the Federal Government. The first edition of his casebook, "Litigation With the Federal Government," was published by Foundation Press in 2000, with a second edition in 2008. His treatise on "Litigation with the Federal Government" for ALI-ABA was published in 2006 and will be replaced by a new hornbook for West Academic Press forthcoming late in 2015.
