Elspeth England

Ms. England is a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice's Civil Division, Commercial Litigation Branch, Fraud Section where she focuses on procurement matters. Prior to joining DOJ, Ms. England was an associate at Smith Pachter McWhorter PLC working mainly on bid protests. Ms. England also previously served as law clerk to the Honorable Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the United States Court of Federal Claims and to Judges Haddock, Kemler, Dawkins, and Clark of the Circuit Court of Alexandria, Virginia. Ms. England received her B.A. summa cum laude from the University of Mary Washington and her J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law where she served on the editorial board of the Virginia Tax Review.
